Coëfficiëntenupdate • Feyenoord boekt spectaculaire CL-zege, maar Portugal pakt meer punten

Feyenoord heeft een spectaculaire zege geboekt in de Champions League! De Rotterdammers wisten, tegen alle verhoudingen in, in Lissabon te winnen van Benfica met 3-1. Het grootse resultaat is ook ontzettend belangrijk voor de coëfficiënten. Winnen van Benfica is ook een enorme opsteker in die coëfficiëntenstrijd tegen Portugal. Desondanks is Nederland deze speelronde wéér niet uitgelopen op de Portugezen. Zij pakten deze week 0.366 coëfficënten meer dan Nederland. Door de overwinning van Feyenoord is de schade beperkt gebleven.
