KNVB scherpt richtlijnen aan voor protesten richting scheidsrechters in amateur- en betaald voetbal
Vanaf het nieuwe seizoen zijn alleen nog aanvoerders van teams bevoegd om met scheidsrechters te praten. Dit is een besluit van de KNVB wat de bond woensdagochtend naar buiten bracht. De maatregel geldt zowel voor het professionele voetbal als voor het amateurvoetbal. De regel wordt voor het eerst toegepast tijdens de strijd om de Johan Cruijff Schaal tussen PSV en Feyenoord, komende zondag in Eindhoven.
Tijdens het afgelopen EK was deze maatregel al van kracht voor de spelers van de deelnemende landen. Ook nu, tijdens de voetbalwedstrijden op de Olympische Spelen, mogen alleen aanvoerders in discussie gaan met de scheidsrechter. De KNVB heeft besloten deze regel nu ook in te voeren.
Nieuwe richtlijn
Er komt een intensievere samenwerking tussen aanvoerders en scheidsrechters. Concreet betekent dit:
• De scheidsrechter geeft tijdens de wedstrijden aan de aanvoerder(s) waar nodig een toelichting op belangrijke beslissingen;
• De aanvoerder neemt de verantwoordelijkheid door de teamgenoten weg te sturen bij de scheidsrechter;
• Elke teamgenoot die deze instructies negeert en de scheidsrechter onheus benadert, zich niet respectvol gedraagt of protesteert, ontvangt een gele kaart.
• Als de aanvoerder de keeper is, moet het team één veldspeler aanwijzen die deze rol op zich zal nemen wanneer de keeper zich niet dichtbij de scheidsrechter bevindt.
Amateur- en betaald voetbal
De aanscherping van de regel wordt op alle niveaus ingevoerd, zowel in het amateur- als het betaald voetbal. Dit betekent dat in alle competities de maatregel toegepast wordt en alle betrokkenen in het voetbal hier mee te maken krijgen. De KNVB verwacht dan ook van bestuurders, coaches en trainers, dat zij de nieuwe richtlijn breed bekendmaken binnen de verenigingen en clubs.
Voorafgaand aan de start van het seizoen in het amateurvoetbal ontvangen alle betrokkenen meer informatie over hoe iedereen kan bijdragen om deze overgang soepel te laten verlopen. Het is een gezamenlijk verantwoordelijkheid van alle betrokkenen bij een wedstrijd, naast de scheidsrechter. We kunnen allemaal een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan meer sportiviteit op de voetbalvelden.

Didnt annybody noticed that during the EK the referees when bloeding their wissles so much that it almost seemed like it was a indoor soccer game (where fysical contact basicly is not allowed)
Imo they did that to avoid conflict and therefore didnt have to really deal with the New rule, because less situations became dubious...
A match where players are allowed to search for the borders of fysical contact give a lot more room for discussion and so a conflict with the ref and this new rule...
Dont get me wrong, i agree with the rule, but as said i found it very poorly executed by the ref this past EK, every little "offense" was instantly punnished wich didnt felt right imo
Hopefully this will also acclaim to more power for the referee to also make more difficult decisions, as they can decide with less consequences.
My point is that the past EK some referees where imo scared to have to experiance such a moment of 4 players closing in and then have to give a yellow card...
That a lot of the times they blew their wissel early and at moments there hardly was a offence / fault made just to prevent discussion wich basicly killed the game....
I dont need a africa cup way of play but i did found it irritated to notice that the style of some reffs was basicly to avoid conflict and therefore gave free kicks while basicly nothing was up

Maybe even mean the same, cause i dont think they fear those intimidating players, more that basicly they will be putt in a spot where they have to give those cards for their " confrontation with the reff " wich would result into publicity on the behave on the reff, and at such a tournament that could easaly mean you wont get a next match to reff...
Basicly a political game, wich reaulted as you said into 0 manly brawls basicly...
Or a match gone totaly wrong like Turpin did with Feyenoord , hè lost controll cause there was no way back once hé strated his Rain of cards...
And offcourse hé was not that good of a reff back then...

Er is nog een nieuwe regel. Extra tijd zal in het stadion zichtbaar worden, de stadionklok gaat doorlopen na de 90e minuut.
En hoef je ook niet meer op je phone te kijken 😃
